Sequence Fitness 7-Week Get Sculpted Program
Each week for 7 weeks, you'll receive a new Fitness Sequence in day-by-day increments, keeping you motivated and focused on physical fitness no matter where you are. You'll get 7 new moves in each category per week and put it into a sequence, as well as a basic overview of how to work each of those muscles safely and modify each move with voiceover options on each video.
