Let your Barre practice soar off the mat and get your heart rate pumping even more as you step it up to the rebounder! FlyBarre is an hour long Rebounder fitness class interspersed with intervals of tightening and toning Barre exercises! You'll rotate through completely low impact cardio/bounce exercises on the trampoline, barre exercises to tone the hips, glutes, obliques, low back and thighs and mat/pilates exercises to tone the arms and core, all wrapped up with a yummy stretch.
